The Basketball Players in Monochrome

On Brighton Seafront there's a well-used basketball pitch. It's serious stuff and passers-by like to get involved and enjoy the free spectacle. I remember when Georgie, our Golden Retriever, was a pup, she was off lead, saw the ball and chased it from player to player. Rather an embarrassing 'dog moment'!

    Nice mono photos. Dogs are like that, I would always want a cute one, people are easily swayed by a cute dog. Trust me on this, having been bitten by strangers rottweiler, he was as guilty as can be.

    Nice action shots! It's pretty cool to have an open air, public basketball pitch. Bet the players love having an audience!

    I really like how they look up to the sky. It looks like something big will fall out of the sky very soon. That is a great moment you captured! I know these guys are watching the ball but it is funny to think that there's more...

    I take sport photography as part of my job and I'm telling you now I'd have been chuffed to bits with these. The light is perfect and you got the movement to freeze spot on. Really enjoying you blog which I'm fairly new to.
